LEAD TIME

Typically, SLA projects are shipped within 3-5 business days as a standard lead time. However, expedited options are available when necessary.

TOLERANCES

SLA prototypes deliver exceptional tolerances, reaching +/- .005″ for the initial inch and an extra +/- .002″ for every subsequent inch.

BUILD LAYER THICKNESS

Standard resolution parts are manufactured using layers with a thickness of approximately 0.005″ – 0.006″. On the other hand, high-resolution builds boast thinner layers, ranging from about 0.002″ to 0.004″.

RECOMMENDED MINIMUM FEATURE SIZE

For standard resolution parts, the recommended minimum feature size ranges from 0.025″ to 0.035″, while high resolution builds can achieve features as small as 0.010″ to 0.015″.
