With unprecedented speed and a wide range of materials, Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) accelerates time to market. PrintForm’s calibrated MJF printers can produce up to 40,000 unique production parts per week. In the past, engineers faced a dilemma between function (SLS & FDM) and surface (SLA & PolyJet). MJF combines the best of both worlds, providing functional cosmetic parts. By using fusing and detailing agents on a powdered nylon 12 bed, MJF achieves single-pass infrared lamp fusion of entire layers, creating intricate parts with 0.005″ layers and mechanical properties comparable to injection molded parts.
Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is a high-speed 3D printing technology that uses multiple jets to create detailed objects.
